By using Pitchery you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Not a substitute for league rules

Pitchery suggests playing time and substitutions from the rule pack you choose and what you enter. Rule packs summarize published rules and may be out of date or differ from your league, age group or competition. You are responsible for following your league's rules, the referee's decisions and your club's policies, and for the safety and wellbeing of your players. Plans are suggestions: change them whenever a player is hurt, unwell or needs a rest.

Pitchery Pro

Pitchery Pro is a one-time purchase of US$19.99. It is not a subscription. Prices may differ by country and are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Pro can be shared with your family through Family Sharing, and you can restore it in Settings › Pitchery Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Pro removes ads and unlocks every rule pack, custom rules, fairness across the season and reports, more teams, training templates and the session timer.

Ads

The free version shows banner ads on calm screens, never during a match. See the Privacy Policy.

Coaches and helpers

You decide whom you invite to your team. Invite only people your club allows to see player information, and remove them when they no longer help.

Your data

Your teams are stored on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your iCloud. You are responsible for keeping backups. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Pitchery is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app, for match results, or for loss of data stored on your device or in your iCloud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
