Restore Pitchery Pro

Go to Settings › Pitchery Pro and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Family members in your Family Sharing group can do the same.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pitchery Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

Move my teams to a new iPhone or iPad

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings › Your data, then sign in to the new device with the same Apple Account and open Pitchery. Your teams download from your iCloud. You can also export a .pitchery file from Settings › Your data and open it on the other device.

Add an assistant coach

Go to Settings › Coaches & helpers and tap Invite a helper. Send the link or let them scan the QR code. They open it on their own iPhone with Pitchery installed and follow the match live. You can change their role or remove them on the same screen.

Why do the minutes look uneven?

The plan follows your rule pack first. Some leagues set a minimum per half or per game, goalkeepers often play longer stretches, and a player who arrives late or leaves early has fewer minutes to share. With Pro, Pitchery also evens things out across the season, so a short match is made up later.

Live Activity or sub alerts don't show

Check iOS Settings › Pitchery: allow Notifications and Live Activities. If a Focus is on, add Pitchery to its allowed apps. Spoken sub calls need the volume up and Read subs aloud turned on in Pitchery's Settings.

Delete everything

Settings › Your data › Delete all data. This erases your teams on this device and in your iCloud and can't be undone, so export a copy first if you want one.
